Engineering Notes
The existing installation was an aluminium-wired 1960s circuit board presenting a significant fire risk. Our NICEIC engineers stripped the property back to bare conductors and rebuilt the entire system from the ground up — installing a 24-circuit RCBO consumer unit and pre-wiring every ring main for a 7.4kW EV charger. The Hive integration means the homeowner controls heating, hot water, and security from a single app.
